What's your payment terms?
As per international trading terms, we accept Bank Transfer, T/T, West Union, Paypal and other payment ways.
What service do you offer?
We offer OEM & ODM service, and also fast-responding aftersales support.
What's your lead time?
For normal samples, we have in stock, and will be delivered with 2-3 days;
For customized samples, will be delivered about 5-7 days;
For Bulk Orders, will be finished about 2-6 weeks as per different requirement.

What products do you supply?
Our main products including： AC and DC EV Chargers, Charing Connectors, Plugs, Dummy Sockets, EV Inlet Sockets, Plug Holders, Dust Caps, Charging Cables and management products ( Retractors), etc.
What's your warranty on products?
We offer 24 months warranty for EV Chargers, double warranty period of normal EV Charger suppliers.
What's your product standard?
All our EV Chargers and accessories are produced exactly as per GB/T, IEC62196, SAE1772, NACS, ChaDeMo Standards.
Is your EV Charger compatible with all brands of EVs, or only certain brands of EVs??
Most of our EV Chargers are working well with all brands of EVs, on base of the right connectors. It will be listed clearly if some charger is made for some special brands only.
